Product Manager
Work content:
1. Responsible for market information collection, feedback and processing, responsible for maintaining good communication with industry experts;
2, responsible for the management of the company's product line related business, the formulation of annual sales strategy and the implementation of the strategy of each stage;
3, scientific management of customer resources, the development of new customers, do a good job in customer relationship management, maintenance and promotion and depth of development;
4. Provide the overall solution of field application technology;
5. According to the product promotion strategy, responsible for providing academic support and product training for sales staff;
6. Participate in the planning and formulation of the company's product brand strategy and make it effectively implemented to support business development;
7. Responsible for organizing all kinds of domestic and foreign and regional marketing activities, including all kinds of academic promotion and promotion programs;
8. According to the product positioning and promotion strategy, guide and review the packaging design scheme, brand building scheme, platform promotion scheme, etc. related to the product;
9, the preparation of various types of sales required to promote resources, such as product brochures, product training materials, etc;
10. Be familiar with the medical equipment market, have the experience of organizing professional academic conferences, exhibitions, product release activities, and planning and organizing online and offline activities;
11, with strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication, coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability.
Job requirements:
1, with more than 2 years of large-scale medical equipment product manager work experience in the same industry;
3, with market research, analysis and judgment summary ability;
4, with strong market activity planning ability;
5. Medical background is preferred;
6, adapt to short-term travel.
