From June 30 to July 1, 2023, the company successfully held the first phase (total phase III) of 2023 in conjunction with 51job. 74 trainees from the company's middle and senior leaders, supervisor level and some high-potential employees participated in the training.

This "pilot" training camp is the opening of the training camp for the promotion of senior and middle-level leadership in Schuster. After preliminary demand research and careful planning, the course has a total of three phases. The following two phases cover the contents of two modules, namely, "performance goal setting and communication" and "assistance goal. In addition to centralized face-to-face teaching, there are also online courses.
